Through laughter, tears, and trials,

Blessed partnership. 

Through the darkened house,

I walk quietly alone,

Ensuring all’s well. 

Some days I just can't,
So I take a deep breathe and,
Clasp my hands and pray.

The first light'ning bug,

Made his ev'ning appearance,

Showing us the way. 

Pink and bluish skies,

The sun rises above all,

The new day begins. 

A foolish man speaks,

And the world witnesses him,

Prove his ignorance. 

The abandoned pain,

Of a wound so primal has,

Resurfaced anew. 

Worry is only,

A temporary state of

Spiritual lapse. 

Patience is tested,

Over and over again,

By those who have none. 

Virtuous patience,

A skill yet to be mastered,

How you elude me. 

A pet: a friend and,

Family member, whose love,

Unconditional.

Dads are special men,

Giving up all selfishness,

For familys sake. 

The woodpecker pecks,

The tree is too tough to crack,

Invigorates the spirit,

Beauties of The Lord,

Surround us everyday,

See the miracles. 

The clouds roll above,

Thunder and light'ning abound,

These storms, too, shall pass.

In a world unsure,
Be certain of this one thing,
